Executive Team

Co-founder Cathy Langham focuses on business development, fast-growth strategy, and critical industry issues such as cargo security. She shares her 25+ years of logistics expertise with business leaders in a wide spectrum of industries including pharmaceutical, food & beverage, automotive, and other industries with complex supply chains.

 

She splits her time among three key areas: company presidency, customer relations, and civic and industry leadership. Her contributions include the following:

Cathy Langham launched a career in transportation immediately after graduating from Indiana University in 1984. Prior to starting her own independent company, she owned franchises for Thurston Motor Lines, Pilot Air Freight and Dynamic Air Freight.

 

Margaret has been the driver behind Langham’s operational structure since the company’s genesis. Staying slightly ahead of the business, Margaret continues to retool the company’s processes in anticipation of what our clients need and the market demands.

 

Possessing a gift for understanding international business, Margaret has forged hundreds of relationships with customers, agents and partners. She completed intensive international commerce studies abroad and stays focused on the economy’s shrinking borders and boundaries.

 

Margaret dedicates her time to four critical areas: Langham’s quality system, security compliance, carrier negotiations, and international operations.

 

Her industry affiliations include the following:

John built 14 years of finance and administration expertise before starting Langham, all of which came from Fortune 100 companies. His credentials include a Masters of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School, as well as CPA and CMA certifications.

 

John pioneered Langham’s warehousing and distribution division and has since been instrumental in adding nearly 50 clients to the facility. In 2005, John launched an initiative to enhance the scope of Langhams’ fulfillment and kitting services.

 

Five critical areas fall under John’s management:

Outside of the organization, John serves on the Board of The Wellness Community of Indianapolis. The Wellness Community is an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing no-cost support, education, and hope to all people affected by cancer. He also serves in a leadership role at St. Monica Church in Indianapolis.
